• Practices in fast track onboarding and contactless contracting, and propose optimization strategies for merchant experience.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in B2B or enterprise service product roles, including at least 1 year focused on onboarding modules at a leading food delivery or local services platform.
• Familiar with merchant lifecycle management (SLM), KYC/KYB verification processes; basic knowledge of OCR and RPA technologies.
• Strong skills in data analysis and process design, with the ability to define automation metrics and retrospective tracking systems.
• Capable of project management and cross-functional coordination to drive successful implementation and product launch.
