Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and optimizing the full merchant-side workflow, covering order acceptance, food preparation, delivery coordination, and settlement.
• Build and monitor key performance indicators (e.g., order acceptance rate, food preparation time, settlement accuracy), and continuously improve fulfillment efficiency and merchant satisfaction through A/B testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Rider, Payment, Finance/Settlement, and Risk teams to ensure high-quality feature delivery and SLA compliance.
• Research the latest fulfillment innovations from platforms (e.g., "smart order acceptance," "semi-automated prep") and propose differentiated solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in internet product roles, including at least 1 year working on the merchant transaction flow at a leading food delivery business.
• Deep understanding of order lifecycle, menu inventory, and financial reconciliation; proficient in SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis.
• Experience delivering cross-platform products (merchant app, H5, POS), with the ability to collaborate across functions including tech, operations, and customer service teams.
• Structured thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of abstracting common capabilities from complex business scenarios and developing scalable, platform-level solutions.
