As Gerente de Operações de Pessoal | People Ops Manager, your mission will be:
- Lead and structure personnel operations focusing on payroll, benefits, compensation, and union relations, ensuring excellence, compliance, and efficiency across all areas;
- Serve as the main point of contact for aligning global HR strategy with local personnel administration processes in the countries where we operate (initial focus on Portugal and Brazil);
- Manage payroll processing, social charges, compliance obligations, and internal/external audits, in accordance with current legislation;
- Implement policies and practices for fixed and variable compensation, in collaboration with the global Total Rewards team;
- Supervise contracts and management of corporate benefits, ensuring competitiveness and employee satisfaction;
- Engage directly with union relations, participating in collective negotiations, agreements, and dealings with representative entities;
- Ensure accurate data integration in corporate systems, especially SAP ERP, optimizing workflows and data processes;
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your areas, proposing continuous improvements and innovations;
- Lead a technical and multidisciplinary team, fostering development and collaboration between local and global teams.
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields;
- Solid experience (minimum 6 years) managing payroll, benefits, union relations, and compensation;
- Deep knowledge of Brazilian labor law and familiarity with Portuguese legislation is desirable;
- Previous experience in a multinational environment and working with global teams or processes;
- Advanced English proficiency (essential);
- Proficiency in SAP system and HR management tools;
- Analytical profile, result-oriented, with strong communication and team management skills.

Location and Work Model:
You can work from any of our offices or units, according to your preference and team alignment. Our units are located in:
- Downtown Rio de Janeiro – RJ;
- Barra da Tijuca – RJ (Main Office);
- Manufacturing Unit – Pavuna – RJ.
We adopt a hybrid work model, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week. This approach aims to balance flexibility, productivity, and collaboration.
