Job Description

You will lead the production operations in the Plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is effectively implemented and strive to build a high-performing organization.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Manage change and transformation within the Operating teams, implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF-Factory of the Future, and roles such as AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Progressive Maintenance), and an integrated 6-star model to develop self-sufficient teams. Role model values and principles through coaching, mentoring, and team development.
  • Support manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Coach line leaders, cascade, and communicate plans and KPIs to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance, embed a zero-loss mindset, and drive continuous improvement. Lead the team to identify and implement improvements in technology, culture, capability, and systems for reliable operations.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and legal requirements, including quality, food safety, GMP, health and safety, security, environment, and company policies. Regularly review and monitor compliance.
  • Lead talent management, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives. Attract, retain, and develop critical talent, building a sustainable workforce. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:

  • Strong operational and manufacturing leadership in the CPG industry, with experience in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team environment. Proficiency in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
  • An engineering background with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience leading manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with categories such as chocolates, candies, gums, and biscuits is a plus.
  • Prior experience with TPM methodology.
  • Strong relationship skills, stakeholder engagement, inspiring leadership, flexibility, adaptability, and proactivity.
