The ISE/BAI Manager will partner with the local commercial teams of specific Business Units or areas under his/her responsibility (Oncology and Rare Diseases are primary focus) to ensure the delivery of high-quality strategic business decision support. This colleague will partner with other analytics functions as necessary to ensure all resources are fully and appropriately leveraged to deliver solutions to business issues.
This role is dynamic, highly collaborative, and includes innovative analytical capabilities and the ability to communicate the insights effectively.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead analytical insights support and recommend, define and implement business analytics plans that generate insights for business priorities and objectives.
Frame, investigate, and answer key business questions by using analytical capabilities such as: performance measurement, customer analytics, primary market research, segmentation, and customer facing sizing, among others.
Ensure effective performance measurement and deliver regular assessments of portfolio performance to clients. Ensure clear articulation of the data and its meaning for the business.
Perform market assessments for supporting new launches and business development initiatives.
Manage other team mambers (analysts or coord.), providing on the job coaching and appropriate level of exposure to team members and contributing to a healthy and productive work environment; Manages projects with and through others; shares responsibility and credit; develops self and others through teamwork; comfortable providing guidance and sharing expertise with others to help them develop their skills and perform at their best; helps others take appropriate risks; communicates frequently with team members earning respect and trust ofthe team;
Interact with Analytical Hub colleagues to guide them to develop analysis and dashboards required for the local clients.

PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills
Fluent or Advanced English (written and spoken);
Understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Extensive experience in management of secondary data. Knowledgeable about study design and able to assess vendor technical capabilities.
Extensive experience in management of secondary data and familiarity with pharma applicable data is highly desired.
Proven ability to connect, integrate and synthesize analysis and data into a meaningful ‘so what’ to drive concrete strategic recommendations and enable commercial decision making.
Previous demonstrated experience of forecasting revenues and patient flow scenarios;
Demonstrable a strong multi-discipline experience (10+ years), with a preference for exposure to analytics, business development, field force effectiveness, marketing, sales and/or operations, as well as experience in the pharmaceutical industry, management consulting or strategy.
Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals experience highly preferred.
