The Commercial Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading strategic sales and inventory planning, optimizing revenue management streams, and tackling complex data initiatives to support business growth in Brazil. This role requires a strong quantitative background in data analysis and financial forecasting to draw critical insights and support leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within commercial, marketing, finance, and supply teams, acting as a true business partner and championing the world’s strongest commercial engine.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Spearhead sales projections and presentations to leadership, focused on achieving revenue targets, and adherence to business plan goals.
  • Lead bi-weekly supply meetings, participate in S&OP forecasts and analyze the risk of product rupture for wholesalers and patients.
  • Analyze product stop sales approvals and commercialization feasibility of short expiration batches.
  • Manage revenue optimization strategies to maximize gross to net profitability and provide clarity on price variances.
  • Tackle data initiative projects to enhance business intelligence tools that support commercial, finance, market access and therapeutic areas.
  • Lead and support auditing processes for inventory.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and insights into leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting, engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience:Previous experience leading teams in sales planning, revenue management and/or financial planning, especially in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Technical Skills:Advanced knowledge in data analysis, financial modelling and leading a high-performance team. Tableau knowledge is desirable.
