Responsible for managing the engineering activities related to Electrical Systems and Steam Turbine Controls, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements. Meet customer needs with quality and cost competitiveness, and collaborate with departments such as sales, project management, and business operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and manage the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Analyze offers approved by customers concerning technical scope and deadlines to resolve doubts and develop solutions involving Electrical Systems and Steam Turbine Controls.
• Guide the team towards standardization and optimization of Electrical and Control Systems for quality improvement, cost reduction, and faster execution.
• Develop and implement service strategies to enhance delivery and customer experience, managing issues and complaints effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage human resources performance within budget, continuously reassessing team structure and performance improvement actions.

What You Bring

• Graduation in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in Electrical Systems, Control, Automation engineering, Machinery, and Equipment Industry, and Power Generation using steam/combined cycles
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SAP, or relevant software
• Advanced English; Spanish is a plus
• Availability to travel 5%
