If you are in the Unilever Ice Cream business or are considering working for the Unilever Ice Cream business, you will work for the global, leading Ice Cream player with €8bn Turnover in 2023. The Ice Cream business operates in a highly attractive category, as part of the €1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, which is growing rapidly. We have strong brand equities: 5 of the top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, planned to separate from Unilever by November 2025. Ice Cream has distinct characteristics from Unilever’s other businesses, and its growth potential will be better realized under a different ownership structure.

As the Marketing Manager for our ice cream tubs business, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive category growth, enhance brand equity, and deliver innovative products. You will collaborate with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and performance.
