Responsibilities
- Supervise professional employees
- Monitor, influence and implement regulation changes to ensure continued compliance
- Maintain relationships with government agencies and the businesses
- Develop strategies for compliance and/or risk reduction
- Provides direct supervision, guidance and coaching to employees
- Coordinates all related government interactions and compliance activities within the scope of the position
- Act as expert level leader within RA
- Leverages technical and management skills to achieve through others and manages projects/portfolio to meet business needs
- Ownership for complex programs designed to leverage expertise, ensure compliance, and meet business needs
- Act as technical/RA expert on cross-functional projects
- Develop internal relationships in an independent manner that compels the organization to follow RA guidance
- Recognized expert within the organization
- Proactively influence external functions, agencies or trade associations regarding regulatory requirements
- Ability to communicate and present on area of specialty at multiple levels
- Leverage best practices and expand novel solutions to gain advantages
- Identifies and sponsors process improvements or simplification
- Oversees the development of procedures and controls to ensure organizational compliance
- Expected to identify areas of risk and/or opportunity and define strategy aligned with business objectives
- Interface with functional and divisional unit management to ensure compliance
- Provides supervision, guidance and coaching to direct employees; including all human resource management duties
- Responsible for personnel management to include performance management, talent development, allocation of resources, objective setting
- Actively coaches, trains or mentors other associates and teammates.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree
- Advanced in English
- Previous Experience in similar positions
