Responsabilidades

• Estruturar e liderar a área responsável por atrair novas contas (clientes vendedores)
• Implementar estratégias de aquisição escalável e previsível
• Definir e acompanhar métricas de desempenho
• Construir e liderar um time de alta performance (inicialmente 3 pessoas)
• Atuar com autonomia, propondo e testando soluções
• Trabalhar com dados, números e indicadores
• Apoiar a diretoria na construção de um modelo de vendas sólido

Requisitos

• Perfil enérgico, analítico e orientado a resultados
• Experiência com grandes contas (não necessariamente do mesmo segmento)
• Histórico de pelo menos 2 anos de gestão comercial
• Capacidade de estruturar áreas do zero
• Experiência em compras/procurement será um diferencial
