Job Summary

The [Senior] Legal Counsel manages projects related to Accenture’s entity structure, including restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex multi-country transactions, supervising outside counsel as needed.

Management Level & Scope

• Addresses complex problems, aligns with strategic goals, interacts with senior management, and acts independently.

Scope includes managing large teams or significant work efforts, supporting global corporate programs, and supervising legal budgets.

Location & Responsibilities

Locations: Poland, Romania

Responsibilities include managing corporate entity matters, supporting governance activities, due diligence, cross-functional collaboration, supervising outside counsel, and maintaining legal entity records.

Requirements

Education: JD or equivalent law degree

Experience: 5+ years as an attorney, with at least 4 in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance, including cross-border experience.

Skills & Knowledge: Strong communication, understanding of corporate structures, managing teams and external counsel, fluency in English, and knowledge of additional languages like German is a plus.
