EY Colombo is seeking a Transformation Leader to join the Internal Transformation Services team. You will partner with senior leaders across functions to shape enterprise transformation agendas, design operating models and oversee multi-workstream programs in a global context.

We value delivery excellence, stakeholder management and the ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, ensuring governance, change management and measurable value delivery across EY’s Sri Lanka capability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, engineering, technology, economics or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, internal consulting or enterprise transformation leadership.
• A track record of shaping and leading complex business transformation program with senior executive sponsorship.
• Demonstrated experience across go-to-market, target operating model and organisational change management assignments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Executive Leadership, Partners and Functional Heads to frame strategic priorities, clarify outcomes and shape enterprise transformation agendas.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution initiatives, including market and stakeholder insight, proposition development, service or capability launch planning, governance, adoption and performance measures.
• Design target operating models covering capabilities, organisation, governance, decision rights, roles, ways of working, technology enablement and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead organisational change management across complex program, including stakeholder strategy, change impact and readiness, leadership alignment, communication, learning, adoption, culture and behavioural change.
• Translate strategic choices into credible business cases, transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, milestones and value-realisation measures.
• Lead complex, global and cross-functional program across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear accountability, effective governance, risk management and quality outcomes.
• Provide objective challenge, market perspectives and data-led insight to support senior leadership decisions and accelerate action.
• Build and sustain trusted senior stakeholder relationships, navigate competing priorities, and facilitate executive workshops and decision forums.
• Oversee the development of leadership-ready presentations, dashboards, recommendations and program communications that are concise and decision-oriented.
• Lead teams through ambiguity, set quality standards, coach consultants and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive consulting culture.
• Develop reusable transformation methods, frameworks and knowledge assets, strengthening the ITS proposition and the Sri Lanka capability.

The opportunity

EY Internal Transformation Services (ITS) is a global internal consulting team that partners with Executive Leadership on program critical to EY's strategy and ambition. Our work spans business transformation, go-to-market strategy, target operating model design, organisation design, organisational change management, technology-enabled transformation, and complex program leadership.

We are growing our Sri Lanka capability and are seeking an experienced transformation leader who can operate as a trusted adviser while remaining accountable for execution. As a Manager / Assistant Director, you will shape transformation agendas, lead multi-workstream program, influence senior stakeholders across countries and functions, and build the consulting capability of the team.

Your key responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Leadership, Partners and Functional Heads to frame strategic priorities, clarify outcomes and shape enterprise transformation agendas.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution initiatives, including market and stakeholder insight, proposition development, service or capability launch planning, governance, adoption and performance measures.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong business transformation and management consulting mindset, with the ability to connect strategy, operating model, people, technology and execution.
• Demonstrated expertise in go-to-market strategy, target operating model design and organisational change management.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesise complex information and provide clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
• Proven experience influencing C-suite, Partner and senior functional stakeholders in complex matrix organisations.
• Leadership of multi-workstream global program, including governance, dependencies, risks, resources and value delivery.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, facilitation and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on quality.
• Confidence leading geographically distributed teams and working effectively across cultures and time zones.
• Awareness of AI, automation, analytics and digital capabilities as enablers of business and workforce transformation.

To qualify for the role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, engineering, technology, economics or a related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in management consulting, internal consulting or enterprise transformation leadership.
• A track record of shaping and leading complex business transformation program with senior executive sponsorship.
• Demonstrated experience across go-to-market, target operating model and organisational change management assignments.
• Experience leading consulting or program teams, developing talent and maintaining high standards across multiple deliverables.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 capability, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create executive-level materials and performance reporting in English.

Good to have

• Design Thinking or Human-Centred Design experience, including discovery, ideation, prototyping or facilitated workshops.
• Experience in a Big Four firm, global management consultancy, multinational organisation or global capability centre.
• Recognised certification in organisational change management, project or program management, Agile, Design Thinking or facilitation.
• Experience with AI-enabled transformation, digital adoption, workforce transformation or enterprise technology change.
• MBA or another relevant postgraduate qualification is desirable but not a mandate.
