DHL is seeking a procurement analyst for its Corporate Procurement team in the Americas. You will help ensure compliance with supplier onboarding, contracts, and transportation rates while supporting a global logistics network.

Responsibilities include auditing rate negotiations, maintaining compliant records, and collaborating with DSC operations across sub-regions to strengthen policy adherence and supplier performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Experience in procurement or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to work with international teams and policies.

Job Purpose:

Apply and ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to supplier onboarding, contracts, and transportation purchase rates.

Your tasks:

• Ensure all transportation suppliers working with DSC adhere to compliance policies.
• Ensure purchase rates and negotiations are documented and aligned with DSC policies.
• Audit compliance with policies applicable to the use of DSC transportation suppliers.
• Audit compliance with the negotiation framework and authorization guidelines for executed trips.
• Audit compliance with policies regarding carrier assignment within DSC operations.
• Ensure that agreed-upon compliant rates are maintained with an updated record in the system.

Stakeholders

• Explain facts, policies and practices related to job area
• Support and interact across GBS functions, DSC operations, and across sub-regions
• Develop a network of contacts to build up relationships and strengthen the organizational, product and market knowledge
