Job Opportunity: Garçom - Nutrição - Vila Nova Star at Rede D'Or São Luiz

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety by following all protocols related to meal delivery and precautions;
• Prepare food carts and adhere to scheduled delivery times to all apartments, including tray pickup;
• Serve with courtesy, ensuring quick and effective service; keep operational materials clean and organized;
• Maintain service carts in excellent condition;
• Stock all kitchenettes on floors according to protocols;
• Anticipate mise en place for all services;
• Monitor expiration dates of products such as beverages, jams, butter, tea, coffee, and cream cheese, and signal when necessary;
• Immediately report any customer or colleague dissatisfaction;
• Restock apartment minibars to ensure no item is missing for patients and companions;
• Read OS and set up events;
• Operate at POS and Medical Comfort areas, attending to doctors and clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed;
• Proven experience in the role.

Additional Information

• Work location: Vila Nova Conceição/Zona Sul - Hospital Vila Nova Star;
• Work schedule: Morning/Afternoon shift, 6x1 rotation;
• Availability for training.
