Uma importante rede hoteleira em Porto Alegre está procurando garçons para atuar em turnos diurnos e noturnos. Os candidatos devem ter experiência em atendimento e vontade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico. As atividades incluem prestação de serviço e conferência de materiais, além de assegurar a satisfação do cliente.

Qualificações

• Experiência como Garçom, preferencialmente em redes hoteleiras.

Responsabilidades

• Atividades na área de restaurante, room service, bar, café da manhã.
• Zelar pela segurança dos clientes e colegas.
• Conferir estoque de bebidas e cumprir as boas práticas de fabricação.

Principais Atividades

Atividades na área de restaurante, room service, bar, café da manhã, piscina; Visar a prestação de serviços, montagem de sala e atendimento, conforme diretrizes, políticas e procedimentos do hotel; Conferir os espaços para a realização dos serviços, conferir materiais e estado de conservação dos mesmos, solicitar informações para cobrança do consumo do cliente; Conferir estoque de bebidas, cumprir as boas práticas de fabricação relacionadas a sua função e solicitadas pelas normativas vigentes, realizando as conferências e apresentando as documentações solicitadas; Zelar pela segurança dos clientes e colegas.

Requisitos Essenciais

• Experiência como Garçom, preferencialmente em redes hoteleiras.
