Job Description :

Eyeware.tech, the innovative force behind the Beam Eye Tracker, is seeking a driven Influencer Relationships Manager to join our marketing team. This remote role is all about building connections with YouTubers, TikTokers, and influencers in the gaming world while supporting database enrichment and lead generation. If you’re a gamer passionate about cutting-edge tech, this is your chance to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities :

1. Research and identify influencers (YouTubers, TikTokers, Twitch streamers, etc.) who align with Beam’s audience of gamers, streamers, and developers.
2. Assist in outreach, relationship management, and planning collaborations to promote the Beam Eye Tracker.
3. Enrich our influencer database with accurate contact details, performance metrics, and engagement data.
4. Support lead generation by spotting and qualifying new influencer partnership opportunities.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to track campaign results and brainstorm creative promotion ideas.

Qualifications :

1. Language Skills : Proficient English is a must. Portuguese as a primary or secondary language is a big plus.
2. Gaming Affinity : Passion for gaming is essential. Tell us about it! What games do you play (FPS, RPG, sims)? Any marketing experience in gaming or outlets you follow (IGN, Polygon, Twitch, etc.)?
3. AI-First Mindset : Stand out with skills like Google Sheets scripting (Apps Script), website management (WordPress, JavaScript, HTML), or coding in Python (or similar).
4. Strong research, organizational, and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, or social media analytics (training provided).
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup.
