ARRISE in São Paulo seeks a Team Manager to define and execute the studio's operational strategy, oversee setup, develop the team, and ensure alignment with global standards and local Brazilian requirements. The role requires at least 1 year in a similar position, strong Office 365 skills, advanced English, and excellent communication in a fast-paced, onsite environment with night shifts and holidays.

• At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Academic qualification in Management is a plus.
• Experience in iGaming or Live Casino is a plus.
• Very good PC skills (Office 365).
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
• Manage and support staff in line with Company’s Policies and Procedures, including supervision, absence management, disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Promote and support effective team working through good communication and regular team meetings.
• Identify individual and team learning and development needs and plan to meet these in conjunction with learning and development staff.
• Effectively identify and contribute to learning and development activities including meeting organizational targets.
• Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework core values and in line with the established Policies and Procedures and KPI’s.

Role Overview
