Main Responsibility

Support the strategy and performance of digital game operations, ensuring an excellent player experience while contributing to product evolution and monetization.

Job Description

Assist in analyzing player behavior and game performance to suggest improvements in retention, engagement, and monetization.

Collaborate on planning in-game events, update cycles, and monetization strategies.

Monitor real-time data to identify optimization opportunities.

Work alongside product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth operations and timely content delivery.

Create reports and dashboards tracking key metrics.

Research industry benchmarks to support strategic decisions.

Present insights and recommendations to internal teams, turning data into actionable strategies across departments.

Requirements

Bachelor's / Master's degree completed or expected between December 2022 and December 2025 in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Digital Games or other fields

Fluent in Portuguese and English

Able to work in São Paulo, SP (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Able to work in a full-time position (8 hours per day)

Passionate about games

Knowledge in Microsoft Office and / or Google Workspace (Word / Docs, Excel / Sheets, PowerPoint / Slides)
