A Carta está contratando um Fund Accountant, Implementations, para guiar clientes durante a onboarding de investimentos. Você coletará dados históricos, alinhará cronogramas e assegurará a migração de dados com precisão.

É essencial ter formação em Contabilidade/Finanças e experiência em áreas contábeis. Fluência em inglês é requerida, com forte foco em organização, comunicação e entrega de resultados com alto nível de integridade.

Qualificações

• Diploma em Contabilidade, Finanças ou área relacionada.
• Experiência na área financeira ou contábil (1+ ano).
• Habilidade de interpretar dados não estruturados e contar histórias com números.
• Capacidade de comunicação clara com equipes internas e clientes.
• Proatividade na gestão de projetos e influência interna.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir onboarding de clientes, atuando como ponto único de contato.
• Coordenar coleta de dados históricos e migrar informações com precisão.
• Garantir qualidade de dados e entregar demonstrações contábeis trimestrais.
• Gerenciar prazos, expectativas de clientes e comunicação com stakeholders.
• Resolver problemas e realizar análises raiz para soluções.

The Problems You’ll Solve

As a Junior Implementations Accountant, you will serve as a resource on the Implementations Team, responsible for guiding clients end-to-end through the onboarding process. You will handle a diverse portfolio of projects and act as the single point of contact for these clients, ensuring a seamless migration of data and a superior client experience.

From sale close, to implementation, and continued customer success, the ideal Implementations Accountant will exhibit a high degree of problem-solving, efficiency, and integrity as they leverage their subject-matter expertise to provide customers with a world-class onboarding experience.

You will collaborate closely with clients to collect historical data, align on timelines, and manage expectations, while simultaneously working internally to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

The Impact You’ll Have

• Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Manage internal and external communications, delivering consistent updates on data collection progress, migration status, and data-related risks to all stakeholders.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Lead the collection and organization of historical accounting data, operating agreements, subscription documents, and trial balances. You will identify and flag relevant financial information from complex legal documents, and create balanced, accurate quarterly financial statements from, at times, unstructured client data.
• Operational Execution: Track all data collection, validation, and delivery tasks in internal relevant systems.
• Quality Assurance & Handoff: Maintain accurate system input and manage the formal handoff to the Fund Accounting team, ensuring minimal negative feedback post-go-live.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for your clients, effectively performing de-escalation paths and performing root cause analysis on errors to implement solutions.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in a role with a finance or accounting background
• Strong accounting analysis with the ability to interpret a story through unstructured data
• Committed to team and project success, emotionally intelligent in navigating relationships, transparent and forthright when communicating information, and passionate about growing and advancing with Carta
• Proven internal influencer having implemented and successfully managed both small and large projects or initiatives with sustained, measurable success
• Incredible organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete competing priorities quickly and autonomously
• Ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats in a timely and appropriate manner
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Nice-to-Haves

• Acumen in or knowledge of accounting with a specific focus in venture, hedge fund, and/or private equity
• Familiarity as an end user with Carta or other financial dataset or accounting software programs
