BairesDev is seeking a Fullstack Python + React Engineer to join the team behind an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You will own features end to end, the API, the logic behind it, and the interface people actually talk to. Prior LLM work is a plus, not a requirement.

What matters most is that you're genuinely comfortable on both sides of the stack. This role balances backend and frontend (~70/30), requires 5+ years Python, React/TypeScript,
