As a Node Tech Leader in our Development Team, your mission will be to technically oversee a team of experienced front and back developers. You will work in a fast-paced global team in charge of pushing innovation to the next level. Innovation is at the heart of the BairesDev strategy.

What You Will Do:

• Architect Bandit backend systems using best practices.
• Implement and iterate features rapidly and efficiently.
• Collaborate across functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Design, extend, and implement APIs.
• Maintain high engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, and analytics.
• Create engineering efficiencies via automation and tools development.
• Define engineering processes for product launches and releases.
• Help grow the engineering team by conducting technical interviews.

What We Are Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in React/Node.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with the Nest.js framework.
• IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Intermediate knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of AWS (RDS, SNS, SQS, Lambda), REST, GraphQL, TypeScript, Terraform, CircleCI.
• Experience developing complete applications from scratch.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong version control experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
