We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (Pleno) to join our Technology team and help us change lives!

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Build secure, intuitive, and efficient RESTful APIs and interfaces (Web and App).
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn requirements into functional solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and continuous optimization to ensure quality and stability of applications.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Solid experience in mobile app development, with fluency in front-end and back-end.
- Experience with Flutter for mobile app development.
- Knowledge of Vue.js for web applications.
- Back-end development experience in PHP.
- Proficiency with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with architecture patterns like Hexagonal, MVC, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch.
- Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of Git, preferably with Gitflow.
- Experience or knowledge of NodeJS is a plus.
