Team Description: Agent Productivity Tools (APT)

• Part of the Enterprise Applications and Architecture org
• Builds customer service platforms to improve CX and compliance
• Focused on tools to streamline KYC, support, and efficiency

Role Responsibilities

• Build services using Golang and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and security
• Participate in production support and on-call rotations
• Advocate for engineering best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience shipping high-quality web services and applications
• Familiarity with design/product lifecycle collaboration

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
