Full Stack / Platform Engineer for Fast Growing SaaS

Our cutting-edge platform empowers businesses to connect with their customers in meaningful ways, utilizing the latest technologies to enhance communication, streamline processes, and drive overall customer satisfaction.

We seek a skilled Platform Engineer to join our engineering team and help build robust internal tools and systems, such as admin panels, database report engine, config servers, and 3rd party integrations (including CRMs) that enhance our development and operations capabilities. This role will be crucial in developing and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systems
• Develop and maintain configuration management systems for multiple environments
• Create and maintain simulation environments for third-party integrations
• Build and improve developer productivity tools and extensions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address platform needs
• Contribute to the architecture and design of internal tools and systems
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
• Create a layered permissions Admin Panel to automate common support requests
• Create a reporting framework to query system data for financial and operational reports

Technical Requirements :

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and best practices
• Experience building and maintaining Chrome extensions
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with database optimization
• Experience with GraphQL API development and integration
• Expertise in developing simulation / mock environments for third-party APIs
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with configuration management and environment variable handling
• Familiarity with API integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, WebHooks)

Qualifications :

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in platform or tooling engineering
• Proven track record of building internal developer tools and automation systems
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and CI / CD practices
• Experience with communication APIs (e.g., Twilio)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have :

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
• Background in SaaS or cloud-native applications
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Experience with CRM platform integrations, ideally Hubspot
