USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD seeks a hands-on Full Stack .NET Technical Lead to drive the development, delivery, and scaling of enterprise systems. You will bridge clients, stakeholders, and offshore teams, owning SDLC and setting coding standards across time zones and cross-cultural teams.

You will lead hands-on development in .NET 10 and modern frontend stacks (Angular/React), while maintaining robust BAU support and architectural governance for future growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise software.
• Master-level knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem with .NET 10 and legacy WCF architectures.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular and/or React for complex SPAs.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise apps, distributed systems, and high-concurrency models.
• Database expertise in SQL Server and PostgreSQL; ORM familiarity (EF Core, Dapper).

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Enterprise System Delivery: Drive the architectural vision, technical design, and end-toend delivery of a highly scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant enterprise-level system.
  
• Offshore Resource Management: Serve as the primary engineering lead for offshoredevelopment resources; assign tasks, manage delivery velocity, enforce code quality, andremove technical blockers across time zones.
• Technical SDLC Enforcement: Champion engineering excellence by establishing strictGit workflows, code review protocols, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing standardsacross both onshore and offshore teams.
• Feature Architecture & Root Cause Analysis: Formulate long-term technical architecturevisions, conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on complex system anomalies, and designscalable, forward-looking feature architectures for future platform expansions.

Full Stack Engineering & Project Coordination

• Hands-on Development: Write clean, testable, enterprise-grade code across the entirestack, utilizing .NET 10 (C#) for high-performance backend microservices andReact/Angular for dynamic, real-time enterprise dashboards.

• BAU Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Lead Business-As-Usual (BAU) maintenancesupport, complex issue troubleshooting, and end-to-end bug fixing to ensure the continuous
  operational stability and optimal performance of production systems.
• Bilingual Client Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison between local business clients and offshore development squads. Conduct technical requirements gathering, sprint planning, and status alignment seamlessly in both English and Chinese.
• Database & Integration Engineering: Optimize high-transaction relational databases andreal-time data streaming architectures, ensuring data integrity, minimal latency, and optimal
  query performance.
• Project Management Execution: Track deliverables, manage technical riskdependencies, align sprint goals with client timelines, and ensure transparent progressreporting throughout the entire SDLC.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical Stack & SDLC Mastery

• Experience: Minimum of 7–10+ years of professional software engineering experience,with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level software systems through allphases of the SDLC.
• Backend Expertise: Master-level knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem, with explicitexperience in modern platforms (.NET 10, .NET Core) as well as historical enterprisearchitectures (WCF, SOAP/REST APIs).
• Frontend Expertise: Solid full-stack proficiency with hands-on production experiencebuilding complex, responsive single-page applications using modern frameworks (Angularand/or React).
• Domain Experience: Prior background working with large-scale enterprise applications, distributed systems, high-concurrency models, or real-time event-driven messaging pipelines is highly preferred.
• Data Layer: Strong experience with enterprise database management systems (e.g., SQLServer, PostgreSQL), advanced performance tuning, and ORM frameworks (EntityFramework Core, Dapper).
• Architecture & Troubleshooting: Clear technical architecture vision with a demonstratedability to logically isolate complex issue root causes, manage BAU defect resolution, anddesign resilient, clean new feature specifications.

Leadership & Communication Requirements

• Project Management Skills: Competency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprintestimation, scope management, and utilizing collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, andAzure DevOps.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or anequivalent technical or quantitative discipline.
