What You’ll Do

Build and ship full-stack features from idea to production using React/Next.js on the frontend and NestJS on the backend.

Design scalable APIs, data models, and UIs that solve user and business problems.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and AI engineers to integrate machine learning or LLM features.

Own performance, code quality, and security best practices across the stack.

Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.

Help architect and evolve systems as they scale.

Requirements

5+ years of full-stack development experience with React and Node-based frameworks (preferred).

Strong expertise with React, Next.js, TailwindCSS , and TypeScript.

Solid backend experience with NestJS , REST APIs, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

Familiarity with authentication, access control, file uploads, and security standards.

Comfortable using AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor , or similar to boost speed and quality.

Experience deploying to AWS, Vercel, or similar platforms.

Git, Docker, and CI/CD experience.

Bonus: healthcare, HIPAA, or EMR integration experience.
