Monthly salary: USD $4,000 - $5,500

Along with our partner, we are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to help connect a single video to every audience, in every language, on every major platform — with no extra work. This is not some ‘one-click’ marketing fluff. With our partner’s platform, one upload is all it takes. They pioneered multi-language content for YouTube, putting MrBeast and other top creators into 10+ languages. Since then, they’ve given creators 100 billion views, $50 million in AdSense revenue, and global recognition. With 48,000+ global submissions in the pipeline, they’re only getting started. They are building the command center for digital content — a syndication network that publishes from a single upload to any platform, in any format, in any language.

What you build here will be seen in every country on Earth.

The Role:

They’re a growing team of self-motivated engineers. The team puts in long hours not because they have to but because they care about the impact they’re generating. The goal is to do more in a week than most other teams do in a month.

They are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who’s excited to experience the adventure of being in an early stage startup. The hope is for your time here to be the most rewarding in your career. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and the freedom to solve problems.

Responsibilities:

• Own the problem and work with the engineers and designer to generate a solution.
• Build, test, and ship features that solve user problems.
• Look at data and talk to users to get feedback about the feature.
• Triage and fix bugs.
• Generate proposals (through meetings, docs, and Figma) to help align the team on your solution if it’s a multi-person effort.
• Review PRs to ensure that you’re not siloed in your own feature and that standards are upheld.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Node, React, and Typescript.
• You’re not afraid to touch all parts of code when needed — from mouse click to DB. If you specialize in Backend, you should at least be able to disable a button on the Frontend. If you’re Frontend, you should at least be able to cast a return type of an endpoint field from a string to an int.
• Deploy your own code. There’s no ops team, so you get to own deployment as well.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus:

• Previous startup experience — having started your own or joined one before.
• Python and some experience with implementing or deploying ML models.
• Speaks a language other than English (and code).
• Cloud functions, NoSQL DB.
