Full Stack Engineer (Entry Level)

We're looking for an entry-level Full Stack Engineer who loves working with software development and is interested in Python, Django, React, and other state-of-the-art technologies. DEPARTMENT: Engineering

LOCATION: Remotely from anywhere in Brazil

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

1. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Software Engineers to design and develop product functionalities.
2. Work through the entire lifecycle of our products and features, from conception, specification, development, testing, to maintenance.
3. Build modern, efficient, modular, and tested user interfaces using React.
4. Develop scalable backend solutions using Python and Django.
5. Learn and discuss best practices for software development and be receptive to suggestions and contributions from experienced developers.
6. Participate in technical discussions within and outside your team and be open to feedback.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 1-2 years of experience in software development, preferably web.
2. Comfortable using English on a daily basis.
3. Curious, eager to learn new technologies and tools, and able to evaluate their pros and cons. A pragmatic programmer who asks questions and seeks growth.
4. Self-starter, innovative, result-focused, and team-oriented.
5. Passionate about delivering impact and understanding business needs.
