The Role: Full-Stack Engineer

This is a founding team opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, move fast, and build mission-critical technology from the ground up.

You’ll work directly on products that process clinical and billing data, power AI-driven decision support, and help healthcare providers recover lost revenue — all while shaping the technical foundation of the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Build innovative AI-driven solutions for healthcare revenue optimization

Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for clinical and billing data

Design robust backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces for healthcare users

Create data flows and APIs that enable AI/LLM-powered applications

Collaborate with a small, elite team to deliver new products rapidly

Participate in system architecture decisions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability

You Should Have:

Strong programming skills in Go and Python

Solid understanding of language fundamentals and design patterns

Experience maintaining and scaling AWS infrastructure

Proficiency with DevOps tooling: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Datadog , etc.

Experience building platform products , microservices, and efficient data models

Ability to design and implement scalable, reliable services

Passion for working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Clean Architecture principles

Built data pipelines for AI/LLMs and machine learning applications

Background in healthcare tech ( EHR, RCM systems, or interoperability standards )

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security
