Job summary

Flexscale LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web applications across the stack, from responsive UI to robust backend systems and optimized database performance.

You will implement, expand, and improve a high-usage platform using Laravel and React, build RESTful APIs, ensure code quality, and collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable features.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with PHP.
• 5+ years of experience with Laravel framework.
• 5+ years of experience with React.
• Extensive experience with MySQL, advanced filtering, joins, grouping, sorting, and query optimization for production environments
• Experience crafting performant queries in relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Expert-level proficiency in building CRUD applications using RESTful API design principles
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and design patterns
• Understanding of foundational software engineering principles and a solid foundation in enterprise web application design, architecture, and development
• Proficiency with Git for version control, including best practices for branching, merging, and commits
• Strong collaboration skills, a team player who works well with various stakeholders including Engineering and Customer Support
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas simply and clearly
• Intrinsic motivation to excel both individually and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
