Avenue Code is seeking a senior software engineer (full-stack) to join a collaborative engineering team focused on building scalable, reliable, and exceptional digital experiences. This hands-on role covers frontend and backend development and shaping technical direction.

You will mentor teammates, participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing while delivering customer-facing applications that support strategic initiatives. The team values continuous learning and pragmatic engineering.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
• Professional experience with Ruby on Rails environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ECMAScript), HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience building applications with React and related ecosystem tools.
• Experience with Node.js and npm.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Git, TypeScript, IDEs, version control, and deployment tools.
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and GraphQL.
• Solid knowledge of database design fundamentals.
• Experience developing scalable and maintainable software in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and a user-centric engineering mindset.
• Ability to mentor engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable full-stack software solutions.
