Requirements
- 3-4 years Back End and 4 years Front End experience with React
- Experience working in Back End and desire to work in Go
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with software development using JavaScript ES6, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with React or React Native, particularly with functional components and hooks
- Experience with statically typed languages such as Go, C, C++, or Rust
- Solid understanding of server-side rendering (SSR), asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in Redux, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases
- Commitment to high-quality coding practices, including comprehensive documentation, active participation in code reviews, and adherence to best practices in software development
- Passion for staying current with the latest software tools and methodologies
- Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Project Description
This specific project is focusing on the enhancements and new features of the Total Wine Website, including the rewards system and preference center (account information, opt-in, etc.)
The team will also work on integrating promotion engineering and performing maintenance work with the core team, including updating versions of Node, Go, and addressing security vulnerabilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance customer experience
- Develop and maintain modular frontend web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and testability
- Participate in the development and updating of shared component libraries to enable rapid iteration and consistent development practices
- Mentor and coach mid-level and junior developers, fostering a sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning
- Cultivate a positive team atmosphere that encourages open communication, creative problem-solving, and innovative thinking
- Translate functional requirements into responsive components and pages with a mobile-first mentality, championing accessibility best practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of applications
- Contribute to code reviews and automated testing efforts, ensuring code quality and meeting coverage targets
- Participate in an on-call rotation with the entire digital and engineering organizations, including Directors and members of the Product team
