We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (PJ) to join Ryft’s new AI venture. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll own features across frontend and backend. We work in focused six-week cycles—minimal meetings, maximum output.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain backend systems using TypeScript, NestJS, Firebase
• Develop frontend features in React + TypeScript
• Design and deploy AI workflows that integrate voice, chat, and structured flows
• Optionally contribute to AI prompt tuning, latency debugging, and UX testing
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ship end-to-end features
• Participate in sprint planning, async team check-ins, and product shaping

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, architecture)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Firebase, and related tooling
• Comfortable with fast-paced product cycles and early-stage ambiguity
• Ability to work independently and make architectural decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and Deepgram
• Familiarity with Twilio, WhatsApp API, or voice / chat automation
• Good understanding of prompt engineering or voice / conversational UX
• QA instincts to help monitor and validate AI behavior across edge cases
• Prior experience in startups or lean product teams
