We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the modernization and scaling of our Digital Experience Monitoring Platform (C.A.T.) . This platform provides colleagues with deep insights into their digital workplace experience through telemetry data, offering advanced analytics on applications and hardware performance, automated workflows for issue resolution, and integration with AI agents for seamless multi-platform assistance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python with Django or FastAPI .
• Implement secure LDAP authentication and directory services integration .
• Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly frontends using JavaScript and HTMX .
• Manage and optimize SQL databases and work with Neo4J graph databases for advanced data modeling and queries.
• Leverage modern development environments such as VSCode and explore AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor AI) to accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate telemetry, analytics, and AI-driven workflows into the platform.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.
