Jobtailor in Brazil is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to define and evolve end-to-end architectures for complex enterprise systems, ensuring scalability and resilience while aligning with business objectives. You will lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive best practices across teams, managing production risks and critical integrations in a dynamic, multi-system environment.

This role demands hands-on supervision, deep Java expertise, and a strong focus on observability

Qualificações

• Strong expertise in Java and distributed systems architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL development.
• Experience with complex integrations using SOAP, REST and JMS.
• Ability to guide team and support decisions in critical environments.
• Desirable: OSGi and OSWorkflow architectures.
• Experience with observability tools such as New Relic.
• Knowledge of identity/security, especially with WSO2 Identity Provider (WSO2 IdP).
• Experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple integrated systems.
• Systems architecture concepts: coupling, resilience, trade-off-driven design.
• Performance optimization including thread pools and tuning.
• DevOps with Jenkins and pipelines, releases, versioning.
• Observability with logs, metrics, and APM.
• Technical governance including code reviews and production risk management.
