Role Overview

The Technical Lead - Spec will innovate and develop products, components, systems, and technologies, ensuring research and design meet scientific and engineering standards. You will oversee strategic planning and budgeting for product development.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop front-end (React/TypeScript/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js/Python/FastAPI) layers integrating GenAI and agent workflows.
• Design scalable APIs supporting GenAI interactions, agent communication, and real-time data processing.
• Create user interfaces for agents with dynamic tools, reasoning flows, and autonomous behaviors.
• Integrate LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure AI Foundry/Services, Hugging Face, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate).
• Design real-time APIs (REST & GraphQL) for agent interaction with low latency.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale services using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with AI researchers on multi-agent orchestration experiments.

Qualifications and Experiences

Mandatory:

• 7+ years in full-stack development with cloud expertise.
• Experience with Generative AI on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, React, Python, FastAPI, SQL, NoSQL, CI/CD.

Nice to Have:

• Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud-native DevOps, Agentic orchestration, Prompt chaining, Latency tuning, Vector DBs, GraphQL APIs.

Soft Skills

• Product & UX thinking, curiosity about agent frameworks, rapid experimentation, cross-team communication, clear documentation, initiative, ownership.
