The FSI Account Executive facilitates Microsoft in better serving our Medium Enterprise managed clients in the FSI Industry, helping them realize their potential and support their Digital Transformation journey. The FSI Account Executive builds and maintains strong customer relationships, including engaging with executives at the Chief-level (CxO) and other Business and Technical Decision Makers within the customers' organizations. The role requires leveraging digital tools and processes effectively and orchestrating team members to address customer needs. Additionally, the FSI Account Executive collaborates with Partners to find the best solutions for customers.
Key responsibilities include orchestrating resources between different sales and specialized roles, managing territory and pipeline, and being accountable for sales forecasting. The role also involves being the voice of the customer for Microsoft and sharing industry and competitive insights.
