The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a React/Next.js Developer. You will integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Proven experience building Web Components using custom elements.
• Solid background with React.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Next.js or Vue.
• Familiarity with Angular and cross-framework compatibility is a plus.
• Comfortable working with MongoDB in a full-stack environment.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, pipelines, or cloud hosting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and component-based design.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and maintainable UI code.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and managing frontend data flow.
• Ability to debug, test, and optimize frontend performance.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and contribution to libraries as needed.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery.
• Attention to detail, positive mindset, and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ownership mentality and dedication to delivering quality work.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently.
