AsSourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.

We are currently seeking aFrontend Technical Leadto lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of modern web applications, ensuring high\\-quality, scalable, and secure frontend solutions. This professional will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the development team, driving engineering best practices, overseeing architecture decisions, collaborating with cross\\-functional stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of innovative digital experiences.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high\\-performance frontend applications using modern web technologies.
• Define and promote frontend architecture standards, coding best practices, and development guidelines across the team.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching to frontend engineers, supporting their professional growth and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies, including Agile practices, DevSecOps principles, and CI/CD processes.
• Review code, ensure adherence to quality standards, and oversee testing strategies to maintain application reliability and performance.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, performance bottlenecks, and scalability issues.
• Lead technical planning, effort estimation, and prioritization activities to support successful project delivery.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor application performance and support continuous improvement initiatives through data\\-driven decision\\-making.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures to improve platform stability.
