About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Web Developer with strong experience in PHP and NUXT to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in developing responsive websites and web applications, with an ability to work seamlessly across desktop and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

You will play a key role in modernizing our tech stack, enhancing UX/UI across digital platforms, and driving the migration from legacy systems to modern frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using PHP and NUXT.js.
• Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to build high-quality, user-centric applications.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into code that is visually accurate and functionally sound.
• Participate in CMS-based projects, including customizations and integrations.
• Contribute to migration efforts from legacy PHP systems to modern NUXT-based frameworks.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and maintainability of web solutions.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Who You Are

• 6–7 years of professional experience in front-end web development.
• Strong proficiency with PHP and NUXT.js (Vue.js).
• Demonstrated experience building responsive websites and web applications.
• Familiarity with mobile-first design principles.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and translating designs into clean, efficient code.
• Proficient with CMS platforms; Directus experience is a major plus.
• Experience in migrating projects from PHP to NUXT is a significant advantage.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with headless CMS architectures.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, ARIA).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows.
• Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization.

Technical Environment

• Frontend Frameworks: Nuxt.js (Vue), Vue 3, Vite, TailwindCSS, Bootstrap
• Version Control: Git, GitHub
• Infrastructure/Deployment: AWS Amplify or Vercel (plus)
