Overview

Role: Senior Front-End Developer

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs / week)

Contract Duration: Long Term

Work Schedule: 8 hours / day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer who can translate UI / UX designs into scalable, high-performing web applications. This role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, working closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize user-facing features with Angular (18+) or React
• Build reusable, scalable front-end components
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI / UX designs
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering inclusive collaboration

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership
• Strong expertise in Angular (v18+) or React
• Proficient in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with build tools (Grunt, Gulp.js) and version control (Git)
• Familiarity with LESS / SASS, jQuery, AJAX, and SEO best practices
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
