Responsibilities

• 1st Month: Cut raw footage (remove unnecessary parts, silences, and repetitions).
• 2nd Month: Add movement to clips.
• 3rd Month (Base Pay Increase): Add pre-made graphics, images, B-roll or stock footage.
• Follow the defined weekly payment structure for edited videos.

What you won’t do

• Add Music & SFX
• Create Motion Graphics

Requirements and Expectations

• Experience is not required to apply; we welcome editors with less than 3 years of professional experience.
• Watches YouTube daily and knows how to cut videos.
• Willing to learn more about video editing.

Payment Structure

Every week you will get paid for the videos you edited following the structure:

• Base pay for each video: $10
• Videos with less than 30 minutes of footage: Base Pay
• Videos with more than 30 minutes of footage: Base Pay + $0.25 per minute of footage
