Mercier Consultancy is in search of a proactive Freelance Recruiter to join our dynamic team, working remotely from anywhere in the world. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating their onboarding. Your expertise will play a key role in matching qualified talent with various client needs across multiple industries. Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring a successful match for both clients and candidates.
  • Engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidates’ skills and fit for specific roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and develop tailored strategies.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle efficiently, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment activities and improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and evolving best practices in recruitment.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and software to streamline processes.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Access to reliable internet and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
