Applicants should be able to disclose their full name and affiliations with publishers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess the novelty of manuscripts to determine originality and contribution to the field.
• Evaluate study design and methodology for appropriateness, comprehensiveness, and clarity.
• Review literature citations for relevance and currency.
• Analyze results and conclusions for clarity, support, and significance.
• Provide constructive feedback, including suggestions for improvement and identification of flaws or ethical issues.
• Recommend publication status (accept, revise, reject) based on evaluations.

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

• Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent in one of the specified specialized areas.

Specialized subject areas include: Cardiology/Vascular medicine, Hematology, Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, Clinical Oncology, Gastroenterology, Respiratory medicine, Reproductive medicine (OBGYN), Surgery, Public health, Geriatrics, Nursing, Occupational health.

• At least two publications in the last two years within your subject area.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to confidentiality and objectivity.
• Prior peer review experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with online review systems.
