About The Role

Generative AI models are rapidly advancing, and our goal is to enhance their ability to address specialized questions and perform complex reasoning.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Refinement: Develop and improve content to ensure accuracy and relevance across topics in Accounting (GAAP and/or IFRS), including creating references and task examples.
• Experts Acquisition: Conduct interviews and assess qualification tests to verify experts' competencies.
• Chat Moderation: Support project-related discussions in Discord chats, especially regarding guidelines.
• Auditing Work: Review tasks completed by other experts, ensure alignment with guidelines, provide feedback, verify expertise, and edit content as needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Cost Accountant, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, Budget Analyst, Controller, or similar.
• Advanced (C1) or higher level of English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
• Extensive experience in Management Accounting.
• Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly, and handle complex guidelines.
• Remote work readiness: laptop, internet, time, and enthusiasm.
