What You Will Do

As we continue to evolve our systems environment, we are seeking a T/P analyst to centralize activities related to the stabilization of OneStream and processes associated with it. This role will focus on harmonizing OneStream activities related to the EMEA region with global standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting processes, and change management, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support Systems Implementation - Assist in implementing new systems by testing and deploying changes to the current FP&A environment, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  2. Assist with data mapping and validation activities.
  3. Identify fit-gaps (Global vs. EMEA) and plan sprints accordingly.
  4. Support the system training timeline and identify key stakeholders.
  5. Support the hyper care phase and run-state support model for OneStream.
  6. Review available documentation on OneStream data elements.
  7. Contribute to enhancing FP&A processes by eliminating non-value-added activities, improving efficiency, and creating value through tools and data.
  8. Collaborate globally in a matrixed environment to define and implement financial reporting standards.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams for project success.
  10. Act as a business partner for stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring effective communication across teams.
  11. Support new systems implementation through testing and deployment activities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • Experience in FP&A.
  • Knowledge of data standards and data mapping processes.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Experience managing large datasets, meeting deadlines, and presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Positive attitude and readiness to take on new challenges.
