What You Will Do

The Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Senior Analyst – North America is a key member of the Consumer Finance team providing financial leadership to the Commercial business units across financial statements. This individual will report to the Finance Manager for US FP&A. This position requires a strong business partnership with the Brand Growth Finance (BGF) team, including the Business Unit Finance Director and the regional President. The FP&A SFA will be responsible for the optimization of business performance processes and reporting and driving insightful analysis of the financial statements for quicker, stronger decision making. This includes leading financial cycles across full P&L, relevant balance sheet accounts, and driving continuous improvement and advancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with multiple stakeholders in business units to lead the financial cycles process creating and shaping leadership reviews.
  • Lead analytical efforts to drive framing and communication of insights leading to action in the business
  • Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, OpEx, and Shared Service finance organizations to ensure cohesive forecasting and framing.
  • Coordinate the collection of information to complete key performance dashboards and scorecards
  • Perform analyses, frame and communicate key drivers of variances and areas of risk and opportunity to help drive optimal decision making
  • Advance Finance’s priority of building “fit for future” talent capabilities such as financial technology acumen and advanced analytics to add value in today’s evolving Finance function
  • Support Manager with ad hoc analytics on Sales, other P&L items and special projects
  • Shape and lead future efficiency enablers including optimizing business processes and advancing standardization, report automation, and analytics/visualization

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance
  • A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of overall experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Ability to partner with colleagues at all levels in the organization with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
  • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • This position will be located in São Paulo, Brazil.

Desired Qualifications

  • Professional accounting designation (CMA, CGA, CPA) is preferred
  • Experience with SAP, OneStream, Tableau or similar visualization is prefrerred
  • Strong systems and technical experience in process and technology advancement
  • This position may require up to 10% domestic travel
