Senior Finance Analyst, Corporate FP&A

As a Senior Finance Analyst, Corporate FP&A, you will be a critical member of our finance team, responsible for providing robust financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support to senior leadership. You will work cross-functionally to understand key business drivers, translate strategic initiatives into financial targets, and enhance our overall financial planning processes in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment.

What will you do?

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for P&L and Cash Flow analysis
• Support the continued build-out, development, and improvement of KPI metric reporting and Adaptive dashboards
• Assist in consolidation of company-wide forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment across various departments and business units
• Prepare rolling forecasts and update projections based on actual performance, market trends, and changing business dynamics
• Perform in-depth variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide insightful commentary on financial results, highlighting key trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and the Board of Directors

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. MBA or CFA certification is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Transactions Advisory, with a strong preference for experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Proven track record of developing and managing complex financial models and forecasts
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced/expert skills required, including pivot tables, dynamic formulas, scenario analysis) and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream, Pigment) and/or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is highly preferred

Base Salary Range

$104,000-$143,000 USD
