The FP&A Specialist for Latam (NLA/SLA/CO) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This position is part of the Finance located in Brazil and will be On-Site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Finance and report to the Finance Director Latam responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes (including Credit & Collection) as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
2. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
4. Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and proactively contact customers to ensure timely payment collection.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and credit & collections actions with strategic objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
3. Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
7. Spanish and English is mandatory.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
