General Motors Brazil is seeking a high-impact FP&A professional to join our team. This role goes beyond financial analysis; it is a strategic position that will drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

The on-site requirement is three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). You will lead automation initiatives, build and refine financial models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies for cost optimization in the supply chain.

Qualificações

• Strong financial acumen with FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with automation tools or scripting (Python, SQL, VBA) or ERP/reporting enhancements.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Intermediate English; reading/writing Spanish desirable.

Job Description Hybrid:

This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu) We are looking for a high-impact FP&A professional to join our team. This role goes beyond financial analysis- it's a strategic position that will help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is not only a financial expert but also a process automation champion, playing a key role in optimizing and digitizing workflows across the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the executive level;


• Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts, and reports to improve business planning and performance tracking;


• Lead automation initiatives, identifying and implementing tools to streamline financial processes and reporting;


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable strategies;


• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, specifically focusing on contribution cost (material and logistics);


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong financial acumen, with experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field;


• Proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools);


• Experience with automation tools, scripting (Python, SQL, VBA), or ERP/reporting system enhancements is a strong plus;


• A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to communicate insights effectively;


• Intermediate English - you will need the language for reading and writing Spanish is desirable.
